TOM CAREY - could be, but that does not change the past. Remember, Freeport spoke "inconclusive" from wayyyy back. TSE 'forced' release of info.

A one month extension, if pushed by lawyers (which I don't think it was) buys only a month. In the big scheme, this is like buying nothing at all. Their liability, if any, will not change.

I remain firm that this means "Oh, maybe we screwed up! We'd better check!"
