Fool me once, shame on you...

Any body remember "The Sting" with Paul Newman? What's the one ingredient necessary to
run a good scam? GREED!!! Most OTC:BB stocks survive on the pitch that you can turn
pennies into ten dollar bills. Most of us who have been here for several years watched the
stock drop to 4 cents because we believed in the business plan. NOT!! We were simply
greedy. Hoping to turn our pennies into... The "friendly" PP guys came in and depended on that
blind faith or greed. And they played us like a fine fiddle.

And then, out of the ashes, came the "new" TSIG. With an agreement with Coca-Cola. And like
the phoenix...(more likely a Phantom, if you get my meaning) the stock started to rise.
SuperBowl hype? We didn't care, the stock was moving up. Most of us were down 90-95% on
our investment, and now most of us are in the black. So now a promise of new friendly PP
lenders, so we sign off on printing more stock and giving it to anybody with a few bucks. But it
will be OK because a "prominent" bank is involved. Please define "bank".

Doesn't this all make anyone a little nervous? RG and group continue to make agreements, but
they never, never tell us the results. Coke was "terrific", but NO NUMBERS. This is an OTC:BB
stock that has burned us once, shouldn't we be a little wary? Is greed blinding us?

A few months ago TSIG only needed a couple million to get to positive cash flow. Well I don't
know how they paid the bills til now but they're still around. NOW they tell us they need
"restructuring" and a line of 40 million. Looks like we're going to be the next Amazon. Greed.

How far down will we ride this thing this time? Aren't you getting tired of hearing the attorneys
and SEC won't let them tell us anything. Sure, quote me a SEC reg. I'll believe it if they tell me
how many schools have contracted with them through Lifetime Learning.

Last time I had an uneasy feeling that something was wrong all the way down to 3 cents. Why
am I getting that same feeling again. New "leaders" are appearing from nowhere to cheer us on
and keep us from selling. Some of the old leaders have reappeared. Anybody heard from
Bernie D. lately?

Maybe everything is legitimate, buy why does the phrase deja-vu keep coming to mind.

Beat up on me if you wish. Tell me to sell and move on. (I may) I remember the go-rounds I
had with BBBabe regarding her blind faith in TSIG. This time it's HRH Suzanne from SI. What I
really want is for someone to give me a good reason to trust RG and company? Remember
they have NEVER, NEVER, NEVER revealed the results of any agreement except in SEC
documents. We will NEVER know what happened on the first PP. We may NEVER know the
details of RGs compensation package. This is a SEC compliant reporting company. Why don't
the shareholders know anything???????
