Company Press Release

SeaView Video Technology Inc: General Electric to be
Parts Supplier

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2000--SeaView Video Technology Inc (OTC BB: SEVU - news)
today confirmed General Electric Corporation (NYSE: GE - news) will supply PAR-38 housings and lenses for the ``light bulb
camera,' SecureView(tm), now near Stage Two completion.

In a closed-door weekend session, the SecureView R&D team overcame the last design hurdle, a downsized power supply.
Select buyers for retail chains should receive evaluation samples before month's end. A rapid move into manufacturing is
expected.

``Buyers for retail need to see what they're selling,' says CEO Rich McBride. ``The PAR package is important for banks and
schools, who need a system that blends in.' The current SecureView, based on a larger Philips floodlight housing, will phase
out of production once the PAR package is available.

Retailing discussions are underway as well with a top mail-order company and a retail pharmacy chain. ``It fascinates me, this
twofold interest,' says McBride. ``They want to sell the cameras, plus use them as part of their own in-store security.'

The infomercial seen at the recent Stockholders' Meeting will be finalized and scheduled for broadcast in April. Preceding the
TV blitz is a series of teaser ads in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today, as early as mid-February. Says Marketing
Consultant Jennifer Lawson: ``We're well-known in the marine industry, unknown in the security industry. So it's
consciousness-raising, and of course we'll display our trading symbol, since we're relatively unknown in the investment
community.'

McBride adds: ``In my many visits and presentations to Wall Streeters, brokers are always saying they want to buy a
SecureView camera...they're pulling out the checkbook. Investors as a group are a major market segment for the product.'
