PSINET are going to use an Alcatel product for their rollout in Canada. It never looks good to have a non-dometsic company do a deal in your back yard. I guess the market has quite a few players so it will be onteresting to see how they consolidate. Given the players, and their size, a lock up with Promontory would seem to be very useful for an otherwise small company like NHC.

Someone on stockhouse said he called Promontory as their web site made no reference to NHC, apparently the response was that they needed to update their site.

Would it make sense for Promontory to only marry one company?
