Mississauga, Ontario--
Trailmobile Canada Limited today announced the appointment of Frank Michalargias as Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Denis Arsenault, former CFO of the company. Mr.Michalargias' appointment is effective immediately.
"We are delighted to welcome Frank to Trailmobile Canada's senior management team and look forward to his contributions as we move beyond what has been a transitional period for the company, to focus on profitable growth," said Mark Burgess, President of Trailmobile Canada.
Mr. Michalargias has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and strategic planning, with proven expertise in successfully implementing internal processes and controls, involving information technology and inventory management. Prior to his executive appointment at Trailmobile Canada, Mr. Michalargias served as Chief Financial Officer of Multy Industries Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of floor coverings. Prior to Multy Industries, Mr. Michalargias was Director of Administration and Controller of Hershey Canada Candy Inc., (formerly Leaf Canada Inc.) a manufacturer and distributor of confectionery products.
Mr. Michalargias is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours B.A. degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
