CNLG Company Press Release
Conolog to Expand Asian Market
Estimates $1 - $3 Million Increase in Revenues
SOMERVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2000--Conolog Corporation (NASDAQ: CNLG - news, CNLGW - news), an engineering and design company that provides digital signal processing solutions, announced today that it will offer training in its INIVEN DSP product line to local Taiwanese factory representatives, after participating in New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman's Trade Delegation to Taiwan in May, 2000.

Conolog has asked RNK International, Inc., its distributor throughout the Pacific Rim, to invite technical people from its other offices in the region for training in Taiwan. The training sessions, which will take place after the Trade Mission, will increase the operational and module-level understanding of the DSP product line by local factory representatives. The DSP equipment will be available permanently to all RNK offices in the region.

Conolog's President, Robert Benou, commented, ``As previously announced, our goal is to accelerate the expansion of our area distributor, RNK International, Inc., into additional territories. The Company estimates such expansion will allow it to increase its revenues by $1.0 to $3.0 million annually, beginning in fiscal 2000.'

During the course of the Trade Mission, Conolog intends to present hands-on demonstrations of its DSP products, specifically the PTR 1000 and PTR 1500, to Taiwanese Electric Utilities engineers. The workshops will be conducted by Conolog's marketing director and local office personnel from RNK International, Inc.

Benou continued, ``The Company is very grateful to Governor Whitman for this opportunity to expand of our markets in Taiwan and to demonstrate the Company's DSP designs.'

Conolog Corporation is an engineering and design company primarily engaged in providing engineering and technical personnel, and manufacturing a line of digital signal processing systems (DSP), including transmitters, receivers and multiplexers, under the INIVEN trade name.
