I agree with you that the news was neutral. FCX has decided to hang around for the report due shortly. I just found it oddly curious that the following events occurred today in rapid fashion:

1) FCX extends their time period so they can stay in the game.
2) The market reacts to the news by surging to $3 (on Nasdaq).
3) You, Yin Li, and Gregory Dean all make cameo appearances on the thread to assist those of us less knowledgeable folks.
4) The market realizes that the new IS in fact fairly neutral so it corrects back down to its average daily level.
5) You, Yin Li, and Gregory Dean disappear into the woodwork until the next appointed time to assist us poor wayward investors.

Thanks Bill, but I think that we can all do our own due diligence.
