Tero: Again it is a joy to have the opportunity to agree with you. The NTT DoCoMo "announcement" seems "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing" per a certain dead European (well perhaps English - but who is picky) writer. Since you do care for the facts, please would you help on a couple of points. Has Nokia built out any CDMA infrastructure anywhere in the world? Does Nokia have any license from Qualcomm re infrastructure whether now or 3rd gen? If as I understand the answer is no to both, what substance is there to this NTT "announcement" - tests only?
