The suit charges Miltenyi with patent infringement, breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. Joining
Nexell in the suit are Becton, Dickinson and Company and The Johns Hopkins University, both of whom have
proprietary rights associated with Nexell's technology.

I like that Johns Hopkins University name. Just bought the stock yesterday, and in one day already appreciates 30%. Amazing.
