The physics of SCII ... If you fill a balloon (shell company) with hot air (hype) it will go up and up and up, until the hot air runs out. Then it falls a lot faster than it went up. SCII has a stock price built upon hype and hope. When facts become more important than desire, the share price will reflect the substance in the company. Since all that Sensar has is about $4 mln in cash, I suspect the share price will go back to book value.
