Mr. Wexler: You claim to have done well on WAVX. You now explain your WAVX play as merely technical. But your spin at the time was that Wave Systems Corporation was a "crap" company and that its common stock was "crap." You know now -- as you knew or should have known then -- that your characterizations of Wave had no basis in fact. Indeed, the proof to the contrary continues to grow. The contest between you and the duly diligent on this question is becoming a rout. People who recklessly propagate unfounded allegations of scam and fraud against a company while they are shorting its common stock cannot later defend such unethical (and arguably criminal) behavior by pretending that they were only exercising their supposed technical trading acumen. Rather than rationalizing your record with revisionist reviews, you should be abjectly apologizing for your amoral actions.
