George Bush is big on education for others, I guess you mean, hehe.

From today's Financial Times:

"Maybe a lack of sleep has something to do with his fabulously garbled renditions of the English language. He told a school rally in Columbus, Ohio this week that it was important to help the Russians dismantle something called 'their startegic tacticlear nuleclear warheads.'

As for his own tacticlear thinking, the governor gave a special insight into his primary wins on Tuesday night. Thanking his supporters in his victory speech, he revealed the existence of a little-known group of crack troops on the campaign trail.

'Most of all I want to thank the folks who manned the phone booths,' he said. We knew the Bush campaign had spent most of its $70m war chest, but the governor may need an emergency infusion of quarters if those booths are to stay manned."

I love the phone booth image, but I really love

tacticlear, for its evocation of really really clear tactics.

Although

startegic is compelling, too, invoking as it does a special first strike capability! Startegic! Tacticlear!

Sounds excellent. And I'm sure "nuleclear" doesn't imply that the clarity promised in "tacticlear" is null.
