Kim: I have been following Alpha for several years. I should state that I am also currently an employee of Alpha, so that should be taken into account in what I may say. In regards to the shoe cover for the food service trade. I hold the patents on the machine that makes the shoe covers. Gem Nonwovens was the company that I started to use the patents that I obtained on the shoe cover process. This was sold to Alpha in 1992. So it has been around for a while.
I will not be giving out any info (most of the time do not have any ) that could be considered as insider trading problems.
The stock has been up and down a lot. It is basicly trading on expectations. The company is now showing a profit and should continue to do so, but the amount of profit in comparison to the potential is so small that the P/E has no real relation to the current trading price.
Be happy to answer any questions that I can do so with the understanding that I am speaking for my self not the company. I am not an officer and do not plan to stay with the company for a long time.
