AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. Announces Initial Public Offering
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2000--AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASIA - news), a Delaware corporation, today announced the initial public offering of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under the trading symbol ASIA.

The initial public offering price for the 5,000,000 shares offered by the company was $24 per share. The stock will begin trading today, March 3rd. The managing underwriters of the offering are Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, acting as lead manager, and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette acting as co-managers.
