ORLANDO, FLORIDA - March 3, 2000 - LearningStation.com (www.learningstation.com) is strengthening its alliance* with USA Video Interactive (OTC BB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) by purchasing a downlink-satellite-ready USA Video Interactive "Hurricane" video server system that will be the first of many such systems to be installed by LearningStation.com as it expands its educational portal system worldwide. LearningStation.com will be utilizing USA Video Interactive's systems and expertise in this global deployment as it incorporates a streaming video component into its extensive educational offerings via the Internet.

The companies are exhibiting their technologies at one of the world's leading conferences for technology in education, the Florida Educational Technology Conference (www.fetc.org) held this week in Orlando, Florida. "LearningStation is a fast-moving leader in education via the Internet," said Edwin Molina, President of USA Video Interactive. "By strengthening our partnership and adding video to their already impressive offerings as they expand worldwide, we are helping bring E-education to the next level in terms of accessibility, effectiveness and timeliness."

"USA Video Interactive has established itself as the world leader in streaming video for education by boldly moving into a field that many others hadn't even considered," said Jim Kirchner, President of LearningStation.com. "They are breaking down the barriers traditionally faced by educators trying to bring lively Internet content into the classroom and we are excited to be joining them in establishing the new standard of excellence in education technology."

As part of the strengthened alliance, USA Video Interactive and LearningStation.com will collaborate on the creation of video and data "server farms" at strategic locations around the world; will develop new educational videos to supplement LearningStation's offerings; will digitize and prepare for Internet broadcast a series of training videos produced by LearningStation; and will begin integrating video libraries from third parties into LearningStation's curricula. LearningStation will make its extensive web capabilities and presence available to USA Video for specific projects, and the companies will continue exploring ways to bring ever-more effective education to a growing worldwide audience.

The Florida conference is the largest educational technology conference in the country with more than 13,000 attendees and hundreds of breakout sessions, workshops, and vendor exhibits. This year's program placed a strong emphasis on classroom practices that combine technology with educational standards, an area where USA Video Interactive's streaming video and video-on-demand technologies are especially well suited.
