We've always heard (here on the chat boards) that management plans to do a financing in the $3-$5 range. It certainly looks like this is becoming more possible everyday.

I believe that financings in the past were always looked upon in a negative light due to the share dilution that they cause. However, in this day and age, and especially with tech stocks, I think a financing is viewed as giving the stock greater credibility since it shows large players are willing to throw big chunks of $$$ at it at those prices. Generally it seems that a financing sets the stage for a great run in the stock price.

If/when iTech does a financing, it will be interesting to see which brokerages are the beneficiaries.

Anyway, great to see the price action this week. Hope it continues for the next few weeks. Name change, Medsite, etc.

Cheers,
Rob
