Dear JRI: AW SHUCKS...........(gg) hope you know I am just kidding. As to the Tice matter, I would have to see the report before I would believe it. After the trouble that guy is in with the SEC over TYC I cant imagin him being that dumb again. All of these companies use the highest level of CPA firms plus my opinion of Mike is of the utmost respect. I frankly dont believe it. Perhaps your broker misunderstood. Dont know why he wouldnt copy it and give it to you. Something like that would have hit the press by now. I think the stock is just resting for now with possibly some concern that the margins wont hold up with the new acquisition. If that is the case, I am quite confident it will be worked out eventually. Mike R. is known as a tough taskmaster but fair. JDN
