fairly valued or overvalued>

Relative to the dot coms--undervalued. So if
biotech is the new dot com sector, then biotech
as a group will keep running. Relative to
performance over the last decade, maybe overbought
but fairly valued.

You often hear that a person should own the leaders
in a hot sector--so a person thinks of names like
Celera, Immunex, and Genentech. And these stocks
may perform as, say, Lucent and Cisco have. But
in my opinion, you can still get the best bang
for the buck by sifting through the wreckage left
from the '90s.

Look at three of my own biotech picks--small
biotechs from the neurobiological subsector.

If I have run the scientific snif test filter
correctly (which amounts to reading the entire
SI thread, closing ones eyes, and using the
Galactic Force <g>) AND the shareprice history
gives us read on the recent undervaluation--plus
the rate of recovery of the shareprice (uh, momentum
I guess) then these three might do well for me.
