Well, Kash, I guess AMD still has Dirk "Mr. K7" Meyer and Fred Weber to handle CPU architecture. I agree that, when looked at alone, the loss of Dana Krelle isn't a big deal. But the loss of other key figures in AMD during the past six months can't bode well.

Then again, weren't most of those guys NexGen alumni? Maybe that has much more to do with this than anything else.

On a side note, ever wonder why guys like Otellini (your hero, heh heh) and Yu haven't left Intel, even in the face of Coppermine shortages and Rambus execution slip-ups?
