What attracted you to GIFS and IMXS in the first place? Were you fooled by the GIFS facade, like many of us? Did you invest on superficial DD and sell upon more intensive investigation?

If you were us, holding some sort of GIFS and/or IMXS position. Would you sell (with significant loss) and sue Mo or would you hold and sue TN with Mo? In our position, can we walk the fence for a while and see what develops or should we decide right away? If seems that by selling, we eliminate one of those options.

I'd appreciate any/all of your/anyone's thoughts/opinions on this.

BTW - Mo running his world on the run from a cell phone reminds me of some ousted government working on a counter-coup.
