Another 'fine' example of customer support

This is taken directly from my communicator log this
morning and has been forwarded to one of the customer
support managers. Note that REDI can always be used
to deal on an INCA price and avoid the 0.015 INCA pass
through. The response time is anywhere from 3 to 10
seconds. Here I am noting a situation that exists for
minutes, not seconds.

You will have to read it from the bottom up as the log is
in reverse chronological order.

And about 11:15 Warren finally called.

[11:12:14 AM] SENT -> [09:08:11 AM] great. Warren, a trader support agent, is going to call you in just a min. in the mean time, inca is where the instutions trade and it is not supposed to match any other ecn. esp. during premarket.
