I am still in and holding. If I was an active trader I would have got out Monday and back in yesterday but either I am not that smart or don't have the guts. I did my own DD and did not rely on WACCO. I believe the assets are there and that GIFS and Zayed have not screwed the shareholders. Zayed has stated in the SEC documents and press releases that there is a difference of opinion between several states and CRIC with respect to whether or not they are subject to insurance business regulation. There has always been the risk that some state would take action against them - nothing new there. Some on this thread claim that GIFS/Zayed lied and committed crimes. Other than his felony a number of years ago (and many politicans and businessmen have been convicted of white collar felonies and are still politicans and businessmen), I have not seen one bit of proof that there has been lies or a crime committed by GIFS/Zayed. The big lie is on this thread where manipulation is practiced as an art form. Could there be a scam by Zayed? Of course there could but I have seen no evidence of that to date. Regards, Bob
