I'd say the explosion already happened. I am puzzled by the violent price and volume movement on TMO.
*The details of the reorg info has been out for a month, *quarterly results were lukewarm at best,
*the got a couple upgrades, but that was a month ago,
*some say it is recognition of the SPLI ownership. That just can't be right. SPLI contributes maybe 7% of revenue to THI, so it will be even less to the "new" TMO, once it's all put together. Also, SPLI has been rocketing for 4 mos.

Somebody finally woke up and said "Oh yeah, buy TMO!"? The market is not THAT inefficient....is it??

Was there some "analyst only" meeting, road show, or something?
