ICOS will be the next Immunex--but it may take a couple of years to get the first product to market. Then a spate of new drugs will follow in the next decade. I bought Immunex while Enbrel was in final clinical trials, and the results since then have been spectacular (given the pipeline). I see ICOS showing the same potential--the Seattle biotech scene is hot, they're getting good people, and the R&D is well-funded.
