Gary,
I now use NDB (and I think you are using them as well), and the level of service this past week was terrible. I called and complained. The response was that they are hiring more people and moving into a new facility soon.

In order to make trades this past week, I resorted to using the touchtone trader (Powertrader, I think). I had no choice. The on-line service would not work. I discovered that I could enter an order faster with the phone than being on-line since the on-line system was hanging up each time. I will continue to use the phone in the early AM until NDB gets the "bugs" worked out. I really do not like changing brokers. It ties up your accounts for up to two weeks which to me is unacceptable.
