Rande I hope to see more discussion along these lines. It has occurred to me that the last time I had gains above the market averages I was primarily in small caps via mutual funds. My large caps like JDSU, SVNX, ADAP & ENVG account now for large gains. They are balanced by some micros and rats. I closed at another high today. I cannot determine which environment has higher risk. Investing is difficult enough for us small investors without taking into account some of the other issues that you deal directly with. I work on the research, fundamental and technical basics. So many posts now deal with MMs and other contributing factors that I should be dealing with in my investment decisions. I look forward to some more guidance on how the guy at work can dodge these pitfalls. Thanks for your work this week. I know I'm unable to answer the calls to respond during the week but am learning too much to be quiet tonight. John
