GLOBAL PLATINUM + GOLD

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH

FOLLOWUP NEWS RELEASE: 4/30/97

In our last news release we reported that we had leached 10 Tons of

ore and were working on the precipitation of the precious metals from
the pregnant liguor, using 500 gallon increments.

Your company is happy to report that the method of concentration has
been arrived at and we are recovering around 300 POUNDS OF PRIMARY

CONCENTRATE FROM EACH TON OF MATERIAL LEACHED. This primary
concentrate is now in the experimental stage of smelting from the

primary to the finished Dore' metal which has to be in a form from

which a refiner can refine the precious metals.

Now therefore, we still have to experiment with the various types of

smelting procedures to enable us to get the highest yield possible

from the primary concentrate into the Dore' metal with the initial

reduction process and to eliminate as much as possible the problem

of slagging the precious metals, at that final point we should be able

to go full speed ahead, on a continoius basis, and actually start

producing a cash flow.

We have beeen told that there is a rumor of sorts that we are not

drying our concentrate by the use of a professional dryer. We are

beginning to do just that. We filter the material using a vacuum

filter to the highest degree of dryness possible and then transfer

the concentrate to a propane fired dryer. It is then pulverized and

readied for smelting into the Dore' metal.
