American Software (AMSWY)
biz.yahoo.com

They are an ERP Software vendor and serivicer. They have spinned out LGTY in the past, and they are planning to do an IPO for another sub. called AmQuest, a ASP providor.

AMSWY is highly undervalued based on their stakes in LGTY and possible IPO of AmQuest plus their core ERP business, which is in the recovery from Y2K slow down.

amsoftware.com this link take you to their IR department.

An analyst from Piper Jeffery had an interview with Radiowallstreet (which I lost the link, but you can search their website under AMSWY) have a very good review of the true value of AMSWY. That's a must-read for DD.

Look at AMSWY's chart, you would love it. Beautiful uptrend. Huge volume on up days, small volume on down days since late 1999.

Strength in MAST is amazing. I can only watch from sideline. I remeber CBSI used to do a good job w/ Wall Street like MAST does, but it seemed like CBSI is in dog house can't break out.

I also buy into MAPX based on the same theme of IT firms breaking out. Check it out.
