For secrecy shrouded read G-CSF (another Amgen cash cow - Neutropin I think), at least one interferon and growth hormone. There are doubtless a few more. Short term - a definite maybe but the litigation issues remain for now IMHO.
One significant hurdle they don't address (gloss over?) is drug delivery. All of the above are IV. The hunt is on for small molecule mimics that are orally available (check out Signal, Tularik and perhaps the best, Ligand).
