John,

Found this heading in Stockwatch but haven't seen the whole article:

"03/03/00 In the News
Fagan says Cryopak a hot tip no longer; time to sell
"

I find the heading somewhat intriguing as I would have thought that after the latest announcements, it may no longer be a 'hot tip' but it certainly has better 'long-term' appeal than before.

If the agreement with Wyeth-Ayerst is even just a smidgin of a contract for them, this thing could be huge for a small company like CII. I know, they haven't talked about orders and may actually never mention it - anywhere. I think now that the recent debenture offering to the European group was closely tied to this deal and that the investors were given a glimpse of how big the orders would be and that the company would make sufficient cashflow and profits to easily meet the annual interest payments on the loan.

I've seen talk (more rumour) of this latest agreement being worth anywhere between $4 and $6 million in the first year(I guess that would be fiscal 2001 and likely in $US). For a company that only grossed $1.25 Million in fiscal 1999, I think a deal with one company that is 4 times larger than all of the previous year's sales, ain't chopped liver.

I guess without more knowledge of what that Fagan report heading means, I'll just continue to hold my position for now and see what transpires.

Brian
