Andre, you may want to rethink your 60% estimate. Now that WIND and INTS have merged, the company will restate prior earnings to account for the pooling of interest. For comparison purposes FY2001 will be compared to the combined WIND/INTS FY2000 figures.

I'm not quite sure how this will shake out, but if St. Dennis is saying 30% for FY2001 then I'll assume 32%-42%.
