Tony, let's get a few things straight here. I have never in my life sent a mean message to you, public or private. Acidic, yes, I admit it. But not mean. I've never lied to you. As a matter of fact, I've sent you several pleasant private messages, the most recent one giving you some humble insight into a short term trading pattern that I thought might help you in your short plays. Just because I thought you might be interested and it might be of some use to you.

You remember that?

I ponied up some dough and sent it over to the War Zone when you made your appeal last year. You thanked me publicly.

You remember that?

Now, you don't know what this madsnooker guy sent me by PM. He and I are the only two people that know what he wrote. Let's just say that it was the nastiest PM I've ever received on SI.

I'm 52 years old, I am a professional day trader, and I take people's money away every day the market is open. I don't have too many losing days. As a matter of fact, I don't even have too many losing trades.

I don't care if you believe it or not. It happens to be the truth. I am real good at what I do.

95% of everything I have ever taught myself about making money in the stock market is on the Internet for free if anyone cares to look for it. Free. And it's good stuff too.

I don't put picks out on the Internet very often, but when I do, they seem to work out pretty good.

I've never been convicted of any crime. Been in front of a judge twice in my life, both for traffic tickets that required me to show up, one when I was 16 and one in 1979 when I was on vacation in Hawaii and made an illegal right hand turn in a rented car.

I've been studying the stock market for almost 20 years. I am the best technical analyst I have ever met. I know of two guys that are better, and I hope to meet them some day.

I don't run a thread or a paid web site to make calls for people because I think the right way to do it is to help people make their own calls. I could do it, and I could beat anybody else on SI at it, but it's not my style.

You, and Jenna, and Tim Luke, and everybody else that does what you do provide a legitimate service to people that choose to take advice from other people about investing. And that's fine. I have no problem with that at all. I met Tim personally, and he is a good man as far as I can see.

I'm just a regular person, like everyone else. Not much special about me at all except I happen to be a good day trader. I'm not here to tell you that I am better, smarter, stronger, or cuter than you. Everyone is different, almost everybody has something good to offer if you give them a chance, eh?

I'm here to talk about the stock market, find out if anybody can help me, and help other people. I have found as a general rule that people that pick fights with me seem to have something to hide. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

I think maybe that some people are just mean, and they have some weird compulsion to do bad things. But that's not us. That's the bad guys.

Believe me, I understand that people can have trouble. People can get depressed, people can make mistakes. I do. I guess everyone does.

I actually got in a little bind about 24 years ago. It got to the point where I was about as unhappy as I thought a person could ever be. At that time, I made a decision. I decided that I was going to be real straight. I decided that I would be good, tell the truth, not lie, not steal...you know...be straight.

So I did. And I am. And that's the truth.

So my post to this snooker dude, upon re-reading it, does seem a bit harsh. You are right. It was a response in kind to a nasty private message from some guy that claims to be an attorney, and he upbraided me for "passing moral judgement" on you and then called me an idiot.

Notwithstanding the obvious irony of his statement, I didn't like his attitude. Rude. And I wasn't even talking to him. That's just rude.

And to be quite honest, I don't care much for the attitude in your post either. If you go back and read your post (the one I am responding to) you might see a bit of yourself there in your accusations about me.

We don't need to get into a flame war about this. I said before, and I will say again, that I am not your enemy.

And I will say once again, that if you were dirty, and if you broke the law on the medical benefits thing, then the only way you will ever get straight is to stop joking around about it, stop dissing the people that busted you, and start taking some responsibility for what happened.

If. I said IF. I asked you to tell me if it was true, and you didn't answer. So that makes me draw a conclusion. But I said IF.

That's not a moral judgement against you or anyone else. It's the God's honest truth, and I know it's the truth because I have been there. What you do comes back to you.

Everything you type on this site is a permanent part of history. All the little posts you have written that looked like they came from a petulant child with a spelling problem, the post where you called yourself "the original Cyber-Cop", and all the posts where you made great calls in the market and helped people and made them money.

All that stuff is you. Some good, some you probably wish you had not typed.

Why not be a friggin' hardcore professional? Why not just not type the crap that got you booted off the site? Then people don't have to defend the bad stuff just because they like the good stuff. Why not just take a little more responsibility for your own life and what you have done? You take credit for a lot of good stuff, and rightly so. Why not just take the credit for the crap, stop blaming other people, and just end off on the Dark Zone?

You seem like a good guy. Why not act like it all the time?

Tell me a joke or something.
