Hey did anyone here know that the NASD, the SRO( self regulatory organization) which was cahrged by Congress as a private Corp..to oversee and police the stock exchanges sand licensed brokers .is represented by the Investment banking Firm of Merryl Lynch? did you know that ??

Did you know that ZARB the NASD president and head butthead, was paid almost 30 million by his previous Employer < A wallstreet BIGWIG FIRM >... as a severnce package..

Did you know these are the same [peopl who are supposed to protect the public??

Did you know that 52% of all Arbitrations that are ..filed result in an award to the complainant ..except..when you look at the top Wall Street Firms, which account for the vast majority of transactions..the arbitrations filed against them reslut in less than a 5% win ratio for the customer...HOWEVER,In 83% of every arbitration filed ..agaisnt a major firm..THE BROKER IS FIRED,,and the firm is cleared.....and then the case is dismissed....

DID anyone ..know that???????

Does anyone care to tellme..how a firm that is sued 100 times ayear like Bear Stearns,, can be found not liable 98 times...when the industry average is 52%???

Something stinks on Wall Street ..and its the guys who are supposed to clean it, that smell the most
