Neocon, It seems that these younger generations are intent on re-inventing the English language, doesn't it? Not only in changing the meanings of century old words, but adding all the garbage of "political correct". Why can't people just go for what is "correct" political, or otherwise? If one is correct in all words, there would no need for different categories. Another thing that bothers me, (perhaps because of my age), is the changing of the spelling of so many words. For instance, what a person dunks in his coffee is a doughnut, not a "donut", what they have for brunch is an omelette, not an "omlet", dark is night, not "nite, and less filling is light, not "lite. Either society is getting lazier, or is afflicted with the scourge of "Hooked on Phonics". That phrase will, probably, soon be "huked on foniks".
