Harold, you just wrote:

Allow me to further explain this for the others. I just found out today from a source who should know that PRLN's by-laws state that an annual meeting must be held within 13 months of the last annual meeting, which gives Paracelsian til May 14th. Hopefully they will hold the meeting by then. Unfortunately, I may have to miss the meeting if they hold it in this time frame because we are entering one of the busiest periods of work for the year and there is a good chance my boss would not let me get off of work to go to the meeting. I would really take great pleasure in having the opportunity to grill Rhodes. (Question: What do you get when you add heat to Rhodes? Tar. Just add feathers and drive him out of town. Get it? Tar and Feathers? Drive and Rhodes? Well. . . nevermind.) If they do have a meeting and I can't make it I will go over my notes and try to come up with an exhaustive list of penetrating questions for others to use at the meeting.

By the way. Remember a while back when Rhodes announced he would step down as President at the stockholder's meeting. Could there be a connection between his reluctance to hold a meeting and a reluctance to step down as President?
