was not of bakery operations and there was earlier release of this information. bakery is maintained by paradise subsidiary whose concept javc is expanding. company simply felt ooh la la concept was divergant from javc which is focusing on centrale/paradise integration. in reading the sec document there are really no surprises. it is recalled orlands essentially predicted profitabilty by march '97 and it would appear numbers have been leaked detracting from this together with rise in coffee futures. my personal advise is patience as i have visited several cafes and have been impressed by staff and coffee quality.
