talking about bonds???

the P&F index DJBB has reversed up, and will give a buy signal at 96.6..this would be a first...it's been heading down, straight down since last Feb 99, and has just now gotten new legs..

very bullish for the bond and stock markets...it takes a lot for this index to change..
