Rude-- basic lawsuit is old news. How can anyone be hurt financially if there are no incidences of the of actual problems. Makes zero difference 'who' is being sued,, sounds like I should be able to sue you as you have a drivers lisence and COULD possibly run me over somewhere at some time in the future even if I die before that happens. The whole thing is rediculous.... Lawyers looking to make a name and a buck might just make fools of themselves in court.
