These are the same lawyers who were "outraged" when the Texas courts wanted to limit their fees to something less than multiple BILLIONS for their share of the Texas tobacco settlement. The judge in that case pointed out that based on the billable hours submission, the fees worked out to something like $100,000 per hour, high for legal work even by Texas standards.
