You gotta love the technicals on MOAT right now. I am a firm believe in Technical analysis, even in the penny arena. Nine times out of ten; they are on target. I never was big into technicals up until the past 6 months. I too, started to apply this theory and it works. It is not that I am a slower learner. I am just stubborn and constantly attempting to over analysis certain situations, instead of applying the true and tried. My biggest technical indicator I use is the buy/sell ratio in the short term. Is the stock oversold/overbought. Right now, strong indication; MOAT is way over sold right now. That indicates a buy signal for me.
