Some interesting comments from an RADN poster on Raging Bull's thread (posted in the last 2 weeks)...FYI...

<<I'm very well positioned in RADN primarily because of a long term business relationship with (CEO) Fitting and Eymann (as well as many others in the company). These guys KNOW what they're doing. Everything they get involved with turns out to be a winner. Minor point is that the stock was so cheap five years ago, I could afford to buy a butt-load...

The companies that compare to RADN will not match all categories i.e. technology, business, customer base, ? Some that come to mind are ADAP (although EFData will be gone soon), CMTL, GCOM, GILTF, SSET, STMI. I have been an investor in each of these and have done well.

On the other subject, I'm not knowledgeable on the subject of portable/hand-held technologies although there is some cross-over from the communications side. I tend to stick with companies whose technologies I understand. It has made me a wiser and wealthier investor.>>

Sam: I believe that ADAP is run by the founder of RADN....At today's prices ADAP also has a market cap. that is 6 times RADN's. I like explosive UPSIDE potential..<VBG>.....There are many great opportunities to invest in broadband communications firms that are building out the infrustructure for the future. I really like RADN and the early stage that it is in now in its life cycle.

In the fiber optic field I really prefer CCBL (and a side order of IMPT)...Some of my investing is intuitive....Yet, I do look at a firm's management, their products and services, their growth rates, their valuation, their potential, their perception in the market, etc...

Thanks for sharing and have a good weekend.

Best Regards,

Scott
