DTV Manager will allow QuebecTel to use its existing copper network to provide Internet, interactive and new multimedia services on either the PC or TV, including digital TV channels, Web-based e-mail, Internet browsing and video on demand. Also involved in deployment of the new service, which is called ZEBTM, are PixStream, Newbridge Networks Corp., Oracle, Pace, SGI and Sun Microsystems.
