I believe my April target (set last April) of $ 15.00 is feasible. I have set a target price of $ 30.00 this year and believe that to be conservative. I've done my DD going back 18 months since I first got involved and some of the factors that "back up" my targets are:

a. Management has amazingly done exactly what they set out to do.

b. The BOD could not be much better, neither could the management team.

c. The PP's kept the company alive

d. The addition of Mike Knepper sends me a signal of a hlth approach: buy companies for stock. Mr. Knepper probably knows the potential candidates better than anyone and should be able to do some "scoops" on the acquisition side.

e. The stock price above $ 8.00 gets the attention of more serious investors and it should only be a matter of time before one of the big investment bankers get on board. I believe the new authorized shares will be used partly to raise additional funding and part to acquisitions.

f. The revenue model (a micro-transaction model with per click fees) has huge potential. Medix stands a very good chance of "capturing" the doctors desktop and when that is obtained a whole new potential Ecommerce opportunity comes into play (sell pharmaceutical goods, ads etc etc). The key would be to go to a doctor after having signed up the major HMO's and explain that he/she can use the system for over 75% of his/hers patients WITHOUT re-keying data(universal interface) and without computer upgrades (until they decide to launch a browser version).

g. The product is real and the customers are real.

The market potential is not far from 1M doctors clicking 20 times per day at $ 0.25 - $ 0.50 per click of which medix should be able to keep 50% (of which I'd guess 75% would fall to the bottom line). You do the math and then use a PS of 10,20,30 or higher to get potential market cap.

The above, in a nutshell, is why I have remained extremely bullish the past 18 months and believe we have only seen the bare beginnings.

enjoy!
