JFD, I wish I had the same conviction that you do when you say that the case will be thrown out when it gets to appeals. Based on the number of legal experts and anti-trust attorneys that have voiced their opinion on this case, I think it's hardly a shoe-in that this case will be thrown out. For my sake and everyone else's on this board, JFD I hope you're right. On a relative basis, I've got as much at stake as anyone around here on their MSFT investment. Beep Beep, Choo Choo, MSFT coming through!!
