<<<Or are you saying he should immediately pay off those debts that he can pay off now, and leave himself flat broke and without means to satisfy the remaining creditors for the foreseeable future, much less this year?>>>

Yeah, I'm saying he should liquidate his account NOW, send the money to creditors, and get a damned JOB, instead of gambling with his creditor's money! I don't care if TLC ends up flat broke, he took other people's money and lost it!

Have his CREDITORS agreed to let TLC gamble THEIR money through his daytrading? Have any of them said "Sure, TLC, instead of getting 25 cents on the dollar now, I'd prefer that you try to turn my 25 cents into a dollar!" Hell no!

What TLC is doing is gambling with OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY!!! How long since he has held a real job?

Imagine if somebody owed YOU money, and he said "Hey, instead of paying you back to the extent I'm capable, and getting a job, I'm going to remain unemployed and try to make a fortune through daytrading!"

How would you feel about that?

I hate to argue this on A@P's thread, but since TLC took exception to arguing through PM's, it's my only choice.
