OPtions, I agree with you, but I think it is the peak year for the semi cap, and the peak in the chips themselves might not be far behind. MU at close to $30 billions cap assumes that they will have 35% of the market, and if that indeed happens, it will be a joyless victory since prices will collapse. INTC and AMD are locked in a competitive battle that will hurt margins. The semicaps assumes a year of $100 Billion cap ex, all very dangerous signs, IMHO. RMBS is another story, whether MU, Samsung and the rest of the gang make money or not on their RDRAM, does not matter, if they ship any, RMBS collects.
