Captain,

My point is and remains the same - the American Trial Lawyers Association is an organization that overwhelmingly contributes to the democratic party. In return the democratic party overwhelmingly opposes any legislation restricting jury awards, contingent fees etc. Now, having said that you and i agree that Republicans have a whole slew of their own faults (I am a libertarian in philosphy and have zero respect for any career politician), however, being the friends of the litigation community is not one of them. And so, you misunderstood if you think that I believe one party is better than the other. I don't. They are all, with a few exceptions, evil corrupt, self-serving, jack-a___s who could care less about doing the right thing.

Enough on this subject - if I keep this up I'll soon be parroting the call to violent overthrow spoken by the likes of Louis Farrakhan.
