Andreas-- LOL!! Every politician has an agenda. Even Libertarians. The agenda of the people does not enter into the agenda of most politicians on any scale larger than small town IMO... even some of those come into question. Lets limit spending to the amount that can be earned during the term being desired. If they are making $200K each of a 4 tear term,, max to spend $800K,,, Also lets question WHY-- the REAL why a lawyer or business person would give up $500K or more a year with options etc to accept such a position and watch their spending.. much of the support money could be eliminated too, if a congressman wants an office in a city the local party should pay for it,, Question; the Clintons are supposedly very much in debt and yet have $$ to run another campain in NY and buy a home they could not afford if debt free... no agenda or pay backs expected?? Not picking on Billy and Hillary-- all are the same,, Carter still makes a few bux off peanut subsidaries,, name 'em and they are still in the till some just deeper than others...
