sPD, I assume that you have you been following this company for a while now, right? If so, perhaps you would know why the are no longer listed on Nasdaq? Also, if they are planning to be re-listed on Nasdaq sometimes soon, as it does seem logical for the technology company with a global presence and substantial revenue size to do just that..
