Gern has a history of publishing Financially meaningless news , January 13,98, June 98 and most recently Nov, 98 which causes a huge run up in the stock,,and is immediately followed by a flood of insider filings and registration statements followed by a huge drop and sell-off..275,000 shares have been filed to sell in the last 2 weeks alone with a total of 550,505 shares since January of this year. They wont change this pattern any time soon but the dilution will catch up and the price spikes will be less dramatic. I view it as a great short for the LONG-TERM..Insiders sure seem to be taking my advice ..
